Experience & Skill
- At least 2-3 years of professional residential plumbing experience.
Skills Needed
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, and pipes.
- Ability to install plumbing systems for residential buildings, including fixtures and appliances.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
Educational Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship or vocational training program (preferred).
Certifications
- Valid plumbing license or certification (as per state or local requirements).
- Backflow prevention certification (preferred).
- OSHA 10 or 30-hour training certification (preferred).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy plumbing materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Capability to work in confined spaces, attics, and crawl spaces.
Tools & Equipment
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment.
- Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment.
